NUR
AI appointment scheduling for UAE healthcare.
NUR answers patients by phone, WhatsApp and your website, in their own language. It books, reschedules and cancels appointments, sends reminders, and hands over to your team whenever a person is needed.
- Channels
- Phone, WhatsApp, website
- Languages
- Arabic, English and more
- Built for
- UAE healthcare facilities
The problem
The front desk is where patients are won or lost.
Calls ring out at busy times. WhatsApp messages wait for a reply. Enquiries arrive after the clinic has closed. And when a patient asks about a treatment but doesn't book, there is often no one free to follow up.
Where patients slip away
- They ask about a treatment, but don't book.
- They ask for available times, then stop replying.
- They start booking, then leave the conversation.
- They ask for a callback.
- They get in touch outside clinic hours.
- They need more information before they decide.
The solution
NUR takes care of the administrative journey.
An agentic-AI assistant for appointment scheduling and clinic operations. It understands what a patient needs, acts on it in your systems, and knows when to bring in a person.
Answers every channel
Phone calls, WhatsApp messages and website enquiries.
Understands the request
Works out what the patient needs, in the language they use.
Checks availability
Finds the right doctor, service and time.
Books, reschedules, cancels
After verifying the patient, the way your clinic requires.
Confirms and reminds
Sends the confirmation, then a reminder before the visit.
Answers approved questions
Clinic hours, doctors, services and your other approved FAQs.
Updates your systems
Calendar, practice management or EMR, where integrated.
Hands over to people
Escalates to your team whenever a person is needed.
Administrative work is automated. Clinical decisions are not.
NUR handles
- Approved administrative questions
- Doctor and service information
- Availability, booking, rescheduling and cancellation
- Reminders and administrative details
- Routing and escalation
Left to your clinicians
- Diagnosis
- Prescriptions
- Treatment decisions
- Interpreting results
- Medical advice
If a patient asks a clinical question, NUR explains that a healthcare professional needs to help, and passes the conversation to the right person.
How it works
From first message to confirmed appointment.
- 01
The patient gets in touch
A call to your +971 number, a WhatsApp message or an enquiry on your website.
- 02
NUR understands
It works out the request and replies in the patient's language.
- 03
Your rules apply
Your services, doctors, verification steps and boundaries.
- 04
Booked in your systems
Your calendar, practice management or EMR.
- 05
Confirmed and reminded
A confirmation now, a reminder before the visit.
- 06
On the record
Every action logged for your team, with reporting and an audit trail.
Languages
It speaks the patient's language. Without asking which one.
Patients never choose a language from a menu. NUR starts the conversation, recognises the language the patient answers in and carries on in it. If they switch part-way through, NUR follows.
- Arabic
- English
- Hindi
- Urdu
- Russian
- Italian
- and more
Human in the loop
Your team stays in charge.
When a conversation needs a person, NUR hands it over with the context, within your clinic's access rules. Everything else keeps moving.
- On WhatsApp
- A receptionist takes over the chat, then hands it back to NUR. Every other patient is still looked after in the meantime.
- On the phone
- NUR tells the caller and transfers them to an available team member. If no one is free, it arranges a callback and logs the request.
Verified before anything changes
Knowing a patient's name is not enough. Before it changes or cancels an appointment, NUR uses your clinic's verification steps, such as date of birth, registered mobile number or a one-time code.
Escalates instead of guessing
If NUR is unsure, or a request is unusual, it brings in a person rather than guess.
Never claims an unconfirmed booking
If a clinic system is down, NUR tells the patient, queues the request and alerts your team. Repeated requests are checked, so the same slot isn't booked twice.
Lead recovery
Enquiries that don't book, followed up.
NUR tracks every enquiry from phone, WhatsApp and your other approved channels, and knows where each patient is in the journey. When someone goes quiet, NUR follows up, and updates the record when they book.

Data and security
UAE-first, by design.
Patient data is handled in the UAE, kept separate clinic by clinic, and every service that touches it is reviewed for where it processes and stores data.
UAE-region infrastructure
Application servers, database, backups, file storage and retained recordings, all in the UAE.
Every clinic kept separate
One clinic can't see another's patients, conversations, settings or reports.
Encrypted
In transit and at rest.
Access by role
Role-based access, least privilege and audit logs of important activity.
No training on patient data
Your patients' data is not used to train AI.
Private deployment
A dedicated UAE deployment for larger healthcare groups.

A lighter front desk
Routine scheduling is handled, so your team can focus on the patients in front of them.
